HEALTHY FOOD:  A TENDENCY!

To be thin is a tendency and is a stereotype of female beauty. More and more people in the world is worried about take care their aspect, their alimentary and their mental health; this is the secret for eternal youth. Today children’s habits are healthier than our habits.

Studies shows that people with poor eating habits have major possibilities to get digestive diseases and cancer in the stomach. The main causes of death in the world are caused by unhealthy lifestyles. Healthy food reduced by 80% the appearance of chronic diseases.


Today in many countries obesity is a major public health problem. To illustrate, in US this situation is turning up the alarm and some States have rules take control over their citizens. In Philadelphia for instance, the law requires that the number of calories contained in each food should be in their packages, and in New York is forbidden the Trans fats.



The food industry is taking conscience of this change, and today there are a lot of healthy food offers in the big cities. This industry is increasing and the most big factories are investing effort and money in this propose. For example, you can find a lot of diet food, low fat, low sugar, sweetened with honey, organic food, and whole foods like cookies, rice or something like that in whatever you go. Also there are many important restaurants with healthy and delicious food for example, Japanese’s restaurant have a lot of healthy menus.



Healthy food is not necessarily diet food. A lot of people confuse both words, diet food is not always good for your health, and sometimes it can be dangerous because in this topic the important thing is to lose weight, no matter the price. For instance, eating disorders and sedentary habits.
However healthy food is a lifestyle, this is to choose to be healthy, to have good eating habits for a long time, prefer natural food like a vegetables and fruit, to do exercises, to drink water and to be positive.

We are what we eat. Our nutrition is reflected in our faces, bodies and moods, so, it is important to think about what you want to eat and what you need to eat. Remember that healthy food also is delicious food; you can choose between your favorite foods what you prefer and what is healthy. To be healthy is a lifestyle in which the most important thing  is to love yourself.
